Who sells ChargeX in Karachi and Hyderabad?
Wepronex Energy is the ChargeX distributor for Karachi and Hyderabad. We supply, install and support ChargeX batteries in both cities, and we are building a dealer network across Sindh.
What warranty do ChargeX batteries have?
ChargeX gives 3 years on the X5 and 5 years on the X8 and X14. ChargeX says the warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance under normal operating conditions.
We register your warranty at handover and show you the terms in writing before you buy.
Is there a ChargeX mobile app?
There is no app to install. ChargeX batteries connect to Wi-Fi and you check them in the ChargeX web portal from your phone's browser. Each battery also has its own 5-inch touchscreen.
Will ChargeX work with my inverter?
ChargeX batteries are 51.2 V, so they suit 48 V hybrid inverters and UPS units, not 12 V or 24 V ones. They connect to the inverter over RS485.

How long will a ChargeX battery run my home?
It depends on what you run and how big your inverter is. The table above gives estimates for three typical homes, and our backup calculator lets you add your own appliances. After a site survey we give you the backup time in writing.
Can I add another battery later?
Yes. ChargeX says its WLink system detects extra ChargeX batteries and joins them into one parallel pool. Tell us your plans at the site survey so we can plan the installation for it.
How much of the battery can I actually use?
ChargeX lets you set an emergency reserve, typically 10 to 20 percent, that the battery keeps back. The rest is yours to use. Our backup estimates assume a 10 percent reserve.
Is ChargeX safe in Karachi's heat?
ChargeX uses LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells, known for good thermal stability. ChargeX rates the batteries for charging at 0 to 55°C and discharging at −20 to 55°C.
We install them in shade, with airflow and the right cables and breakers.
What does a ChargeX battery cost?
Prices can change, so we share today's price on WhatsApp. Ask for the X5, X8 or X14, or for a full quote with installation after a site survey.
