Your details and how we use them

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through our website forms, WhatsApp, phone, email or our Facebook and Instagram forms:
- your name, phone or WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email
- your area or city and the type of place (home, shop, office)
- what you are interested in and any message or backup-calculator result you include
- for dealers and installers: your business name, city and the kind of business
Why we use it
To reply to you, suggest the right battery or system, arrange a site survey, give you an estimate, and look after your system after installation. For dealers and installers, to discuss a partnership. We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing.
Where it is kept
- Website forms are saved in our own database (run by Supabase) and emailed to our inbox. Our website is hosted by Vercel.
- We keep a list of enquiries and follow-ups so we can reply on time and not ask you the same questions twice.
- If you continue on WhatsApp, the conversation is on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.
- If you fill a form in one of our ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) passes your answers to us.
- We may pass your enquiry to the brand of a product you buy (for example for a warranty claim), and only for that purpose.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.
Your choices
We keep your details only as long as we need them to serve you. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and to stop contacting you: message +92 321 9204961 on WhatsApp or email contact@wepronexenergy.com.
